Treqkr50 Solar Charger Review - A Must Have for Families on the Move!

Updated on September 3, 2015

The Treqkr50 Solar Charger Benefits

I was really excited to receive one of these solar chargers because it fills a big need my family has. Both my husband and I have personal phones as well as work phones that we carry with us at all times. We also have a device for my daughter to play with if we're out somewhere and she starts to get fidgety. What this means for us is that whenever we go anywhere we have a ton of technology with us and we don't always have a way to charge it all.

We also have another power bank for charging but once it charges a single phone it is out of power. The reason I love the one from Treqkr50 so much is because it can be charged by the sun. Let's think about it, some of our favorite places to go: the park, the zoo, walking around the city... they are all done on nice days with no access to an outlet. This was a huge problem for us in the past but not anymore.

This solar charger is about the size of a phone (it's actually smaller than my phone) and can be carried around easily. I like to keep it by the window when we're inside and I just carry it with me when it needs a charge when we are outdoors.

Solar Charger Features

This solar charger has a lot of great features:

  • The charger can be charged via USB or solar. Having the option between the 2 is great, it means I can charge it in my car or from my laptop or when we're outside.
  • It's good for the environment! Solar power is a great green way to charge your devices.
  • A great size - it's the size of most phones (even smaller than my phone) so carrying it around is no problem at all.
  • It comes with 4 different adapters so you can charge different kinds of devices.

One of the things I love about having this charger is that there is one less thing to stress about. I don't need to worry if my phone is losing power because I can always recharge it in a pinch. With an infant and a busy family, having one less thing to think about is great news to me!

A Great Option for Different Devices

This solar charger comes with 4 different ends for the charging cord so you can charge a lot of different devices. One of the works wonderfully with my phone, another will charge my blue tooth headphones. There is one in the pack that is clearly for an iPad and I honestly don't even know what the 4th one is for, I wouldn't be surprised if I need it one day. I really like that it is so versatile!

Final Thoughts

I really like this solar charger and am glad I got the chance to review it. I can already tell that it's going to get my family out of a few binds. The fact that there are multiple ways you can charge it is great for us and we love the versatility of it.

The link where you can get this solar charger on Amazon is below. All in all I found it to be a great item at a reasonable cost and I know we will get a lot of use out of it.

Disclosure: I received the product mentioned above in exchange for review. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers. Reference ID: pm3fb27ca46c79e8576e2e62b47d38346e
