Does a wood burner add value to a property?

We have two chimneys, a smallish one in the living room which we use for wood/coal fires, and a large chimney/fireplace in the dining room. The idea would be to invest in a wood burner in the dining room to create heat in that room, but also hope the heat will travel up through the house to warm it all. But will this add some value (no matter how small) to our property?
