Garlic chives - use in place of chives for seasoning soups, eggs, many other things

Annuals that are easy to grow include:
Basil - just keep snipping off leaves and stems and it regrows, good for seasoning eggs, pasta and more. I once sold several sacks of the leaves by growing it in a 8 x 8 plot to a caterer and made some good money.
