I have always been kind of OCD. Being organized and 'neat' has been a priority for me.
There were times like when I was being a wife, Mother, teacher, and working on my Ed Specialist degree that some things slipped. Everything was not organized and neat.
Time marched on and I never quite got caught up again until my daughter was grown and moved out. Then she moved back in with her son (after her divorce). Then it was get real time as far as organizing went. I did try. But I was now a teacher, a Mother, and a grandmother..and then illness struck my family and all of a sudden I DID NOT care whether things were organized or not. It was no longer important to me.
More time marched on and they moved out to live their lives. And then I was alone now and made myself get organized.
And I love it. I can find things. They are in their 'place' !!! And I recycle and give away or yard sale items so that I have NO clutter.
