What food items do you place in the pressure cooker?

I think of using a pressure cooker for tougher meats that require a long cooking time.
Game, for example. Rabbit, squirrel, venison. A stewing hen or tough old rooster can be so tender when cooked under pressure.

I've used pressure cooker, but no more. I just dont like it and think they're can be dangerous. But I agree that the best use is for tougher meats.
