What vegetables are you planting this fall?


Here in MD, we planted kale, spinach, Swiss chard, radishes, beets and turnips. I was wondering what everybody else is growing.

    Glad you wrote in--your list is a great reminder to overwinter some herbs, like cilantro & parsley. Sounds like you're going to have a great garden!

    No offense but it sounds too warm there for me! (Even here is sometimes too warm.) I guess it's too hot for tomatoes there year round?

    Pak Choi! Yes, I've heard other gardeners talk about that as a good fall/winter veg. Wonder if I still have time to plant that here. Probably!

    Lee, I used Remay last winter & plan to use it this year, too. I did have some trouble with squirrels peeling it back & had to be vigilant.
