I wouldn't suggest "salt water" as a way of cleansing yourself. However, if that is something in which you have already done, then I would recommend drinking plenty of water to get yourself hydrated fully, if that does not work, then definitely contact your primary care doctor. What I would also recommend however, is Lavender bath salt/oil . The benefits of Lavender, are exceedingly beneficial, calms and relaxes you, and is a natural way of detoxing (cleansing) oneself.
