Why do you grow tomatoes and vegetables?

I grow vegetables because I like to know where my food comes from, prefer organic produce and I like to garden. It is a miracle to complete the life cycle from seed to sun-ripened produce to seed again. Plus you get tomatoes.

I agree. At our house, fresh tomatoes are for summer only, I'd rather not eat winter tomatoes.

Yes, I agree Jackie. That sun warmed tomato is the best taste of all.
