Hi, I'm not sure what resourses you have, I live in the US, but during the summer I put two ice packs under her blankets on either side of her. It helped tremendously. I also used it in her car seat as we didn't have air conditioning in the car. Just make sure the ice does not actualy touch your baby's skin as it could realy damage skin and nerves. I found the free ice packs formula companies sent were the best as they became pliable after partially thawing and mantained a cold temperature longer. Even on hot days she stayed nice and cool.
