along with over family, 14 tenants are staying in same premises. While approaching some of the developer we came to know that property can be developed by following two ways.1. Sell the property to any Builder/Developer , by making sales/purchase agreement 2. Introduce any Builder/Developer as just developer of the property by making the development agreement But now things confusing me are what the main deference between above two agreements? With Development agreement, will I entitle for future rights on said property even after society has been formed after redevelopment?
