the best way to begin a property preservation company is to talk with specialist in your local area so that you can find out what the current laws are in your state. National companies usually have a department that handles all the homes for banks and you can talk with the representative or the asset manager to find out what you will need to start your own business as well as what licenses and insurances necessary to be able to work in your town.

The best way to start a property preservation company is to do some research on the industry first. Then take inventory of what you have to start. I would like to recommend an ebook by Cassandra Black. She is acually listed below at "ForeclosureClean". She wrote a book that was instrumental in getting me started in this business.

If you want to start a property preservation business started here first or read FREE information on how other people started their business.
