Breakfast Nook Table - Lovely Sets For The Home

Updated on August 1, 2015

Breakfast Nook Table - Cozy And Warm

These are breakfast nook table sets that I really wish to have in my home. While I have been looking for breakfast bar tables which are much smaller and compact, these really look cozy and comfortable for a change. Unfortunately, I don't have the luxury of space for them. But if you have, I'm sure they will be a nice addition to any home.

I know because I have a friend who has one of these sets sitting in one corner of her large kitchen. Whenever I visit, we will end up in that corner, spending an hour or two chatting there over a cup coffee. So, it is a nice piece of furniture to have if you can afford the price and the space.

Depending on the type of material used, breakfast nook tables can have a wide range of prices. You can spend about $400 for a set or you can fork out over $1,000 to get something of really good quality.

A white breakfast nook table with seating, this one is also cheap for a 3-piece dining set. If you want something inexpensive and yet attractive like shown on the picture below, this is it!

TMS 3 Piece Nook Dining Set

If you want something small and compact, the above white breakfast nook table set may be it. I like it for its simplicity and its white color. It makes it easy to match your kitchen décor with its plain white shade.

You also get storage space under the seat which is a nice surprise. However, it is not a solid wood type of furniture. It is constructed of MDF and hence, do not expect it to last a lifetime. As they say, you get what you pay for.

Being a 3 piece set, you are only paying less than $400 for this which makes it affordable for many. Not everyone can afford a $1,000 furniture piece, so this is an alternative but one which is still attractive and cozy for the home.

Retro Kitchen Nook Set

Retro, anyone? For those who are looking for something less boring, go retro. This kitchen nook table and bench will surely get visitors talking with their visual appeal of a fun bygone era.

Coaster Retro Dining Set

I like this for its retro look. It might not be a good fit for your existing home décor, but it does give off a vibrant and casual appearance. For color options, this set is available in black and red.

The chrome rim and legs of the pieces and vinyl seating surely beats the more traditional wooden furniture pieces when it comes to style! After all, retro is certainly less boring.

The padded seat too should be more comfortable than hard wood. The only drawback that I can think of is it might not be a good fit to your existing home décor. But if you are leaving it in one corner somewhere, it might still work out and offer you a place to eat and unwind after a long day!

Solid Wood Kitchen Breakfast Nook Set

This doesn't come cheap but if you are looking for something that is of higher quality, you might like this wood dining set made of solid wood. Why not go for something that will last longer if you can afford it, right?

Sedona Corner Breakfast Nook

This one is fairly expensive for a corner breakfast nook set but you get a rustic oak solids and veneer construction which makes it a quality dining furniture piece. Compared to the cheaper sets, this one certainly looks more solid with better craftsmanship.

You get a solid oak top with storage available under the bench too. Very traditional in style and being wooden, it should match a lot of kitchen and dining room decors out there.

It might cost you about $1,200 for this one but it will be a change from cheaper furniture that aren't as sturdy. Furthermore, given that nook dining sets normally come with a bench, you sure want a seat that will be able to withstand your weight as benches tend to snag towards the center after a while.

I like this because it looks very comfortable with upholstered chairs all round instead of benches. Sure beats having to sit on hard surfaces every morning!

This set is cheap but you do need to buy the table and bench separately. But adding everything all in, it is still an affordable set to get.

This one certainly looks cozy but it is not your heavy duty furniture that will stand the test of time. It is not as sturdy but you get what you pay for.

This one is priced mid-range. It is not so expensive that will cost you a four-figure sum but it isn't a cheap MDF piece either. So, it is a good compromise for those looking for quality and shopping on a budget.

This one is a modern looking set compared to the usual wooden traditional styling. Not everyone is into wood, so this is a nice change for a more contemporary kitchen.
