Farm Innovators Thermo Cube Thermostatically Controlled Outlet

Updated on January 17, 2012

Farm Innovators Thermo Cube Thermostatically Controlled Outlet is a leading energy saving device that I came across. In my adventures, to keep finding more green products to help save the earth and from me having to open my wallet. This is one of the most economical devices I have come across in my searches to save a little bit more money at the end of each month.

The Farm Innovators Thermo Cube Thermostatically Controlled Outlet plugs into a regular 15 amp electrical outlet that you find in most homes across the country. It uses the outside air temperature to signal itself on whether it should turn itself on or not. Well your first question where could you use such a device. Well I had it set for use in my green house but have found that it can also be a terrific addition to many other places around my home. Like my tool shed that in the dead of winter is exceedingly hard to open the door because it is frozen shut. With this little guy controlling it, I can have a small electric heater in there keeping things pleasant and warm for me when I need it.

I like the option with the Farm Innovators Thermo Cube Thermostatically Controlled Outlet because it can use the temperatures outside to turn it on automatically. There is a variety of different temperature control options available each one responds to those temperatures. For example, Turns on at 35°F, off at 45°F there are other ones that turn on or off at different temperatures you just have to choose the temperature that will work for you. It also has a built in feature to allow two electrical devices to attach to it. One port is for the electrical device you want to add for the temperature section the other is available for a purpose that you choose. I use my second one for a light in the garage with the heater.

It is a notable feature for motor homes, as well. Will less electricity in the motor home you can get an automatic temperature control for those times it get a little too cold outside. It will help save battery life and provide you a comfortable atmosphere. It even works well with a boats electrical system without putting too much extra charge on it when there is no need. There certainly are many different uses for it, and I know you will have your own. So, take a look at the Farm Innovators Thermo Cube Thermostatically Controlled Outlet and see what it can help you regulate.
