Koehler Touchless Gooseneck Kitchen Faucet Will Pamper Me

Updated on October 24, 2013

I'm planning to indulge myself with

a gift to me of this luxurious and energy saving faucet when I get my new house. My frugal nature buys into this idea because it will eventually pay for itself in reduced expenses due to wasted water, and I can expect to benefit from an even higher level of hygiene.

Since the time we built our first house

I've recognized Koehler as the epitome of quality in faucets and plumbing fixtures. We wouldn't build a house with a Koehler in every kitchen and bath.

Now they offer their masterpiece

the streamlined touchless kitchen faucet. Just today I heard repeated news reports about the dangers of the new antibiotic resistant bacteria that is growing bolder and bolder all the time. It firms up my resolve to practice smart hygiene at home.

I favor the minimal lines and

the height of the faucet. I'm determined to move past the trials of trying to fit huge pots and tall pitchers under my rental kitchen faucet, risking big water spills and cracked dishes.

It's a highrise that I have coveted for years, and now that I'm buying a home I'm already convinced that faucets are one thing I don't intend to compromise on quality.

Koehler's Touchless Faucet has everything

I could ask for, and more I would have never even conceived of without some intense product shopping.

Outstanding Product Features

  1. Automatic water savings, by limits output to half a gallon per minute. Hey, that number's familiar - at our second new home the deep well we drilled still only produced a half gallon per minute for all the years I lived there. That was for a family of five. Now this faucet delivers that flow in just one faucet.
  2. Infrared Technology assesses the environment when the faucet's first installed, so it can easily detect when something is intentionally placed under the faucet, and it delivers as promised.
  3. The Controls are safely installed out of sight under the sleek watertight capsule, for trouble free operation.
  4. Just like your new computer controlled car features, the technology delivers the temperature water you command. Effortless and sleek and slender!

I've long wished for a bathroom sink faucet that I could use without turning it on with soiled fingers, and now i've found it.

Automatic Faucets have increased in popularity since the 1980s when they were made available for sale. How do you feel about having them in your home?

@sousababy: Yes, I'm thinking I'll probably only buy a new faucet once so why not do myself a favor at the same time.

Oh, touchless faucets are much more hygienic - foot pedals are (were) used to turn on sinks when surgical staff "scrub" up. The second people turn a faucet off, they reintroduce germs that were on their hands before washing. (I use a small tissue to turn my faucets off at home).

Definitely, this is the way to go - and Kohler is a leading company.

@DebW07: Thanks Deb, I think it only makes sense to buy quality once instead of buying frustration with one of those shorty faucets I contend with now.

I really like that faucet, Papier. Also, Koehler is a great company.
