Kitchen Step Stool: A Handy Tool!

Updated on July 10, 2014

Kitchen Step Stools and Step Ladders

A kitchen step stool makes life easy for those hard to reach places. Every home should have a kitchen step ladder to prevent falls--they are especially helpful in homes with children and senior citizens. I (or rather, my son) uses one all the time--he helps me bake, helps me clean, and even helps get down his own cup form the cupboard with the help of a kitchen step stool! It's perfect for helping him brush his teeth, too.

I love that the stepladders and stools help prevent accidents and make my life a little easier. It can help you, too, if you have your own kitchen step stool. You'll be amazed how you ever lived without one.

Top Rated Kitchen Step Stool - #1 Kitchen Step Stool

This basic kitchen step stool will because a staple in your kitchen--I use mine to read the top shelf of both my pantry and cabinets almost every day. It's also great for my toddler--it's the perfect height to help him wash his hands. If you have a little one using a step stool, like I do, be sure he is capable of climbing without falling. Also, be sure you are close by so that you can spot him.

A mini kitchen step stool may be just he tool you need if what you need to reach is not too high up. This is lower to the ground, but doesn't have anything to help brace yourself with.

If you need just a little boost, this is a good option. Just be sure you don't need a handle to help keep yourself in place; this model doesn't offer one. This means it takes up less storage space, though, and who doesn't appreciate more space?
