Are your fitted sheets not quite deep enough and you are constantly having to refit them or use those garter belt type of contraptions to keep them fitting snugly on the bed?

Have you noticed holes or thin wear spots?

If you have said yes to any of the above it's time to go sheet shopping.

And don't worry -- you don't have to pay an arm and a leg for comfortable, luxurious sheets and sheet sets.

Hands Down Our Favorite Sheet Set Ever!

This is the most comfortable sheet set we have ever used and we've been married over 30 years.

Gosh what can I say about this velvet sheet set?

They are soft as a cloud!

When I say soft as a cloud I mean soft as a cloud

Don't just take my word for it, check out the Customer Reviews of this productand you'll be impressed.

I was impressed with this sheet set from the second I opened the package.

Thick, luxurious, soft, cuddly and warm yet are breathable.

Not only is it soft and great fitting but you'll find that it holds up much better than most other flannel sheet sets.

With its full 190 gram weight and double napped finish they are warm and generously sized.

Sateen Weave for Softness and Durability - Our Go To Sheets When We Don't Use Flannel

This is the sheet set that we use when the weather is a bit warmer and have it in both the Smokey Blue and the Mint colors. While it definitely can be used all year, I just happen to love flannel in the colder months.

At first I wasn't too sure if this was the sheet set for us.

As I read through the Customer Reviews I had noticed a few customer mentioning that they felt that the sheets were stiff or scratchy, yet the overwhelming majority absolutely loved them and raved about them.

I was also used to buying sheets with a higher thread count and at 400 thread would these actually hold up?

I was already a fan of Pinzon Signature 190-Gram Cotton Velvet Flannel Queen Sheet Set so I took the chance.

I purchased just the one set to begin with ( in the Mint color ) and the first thing that I had noticed is that the box was larger and heavier than I had expected.

When I opened the box I was quite surprised that the box was not filled with filler but the sheet set took up the entire box.

I had been looking in our local stores and all of the sheet set that ran around the same price were about half the weight and size.

When I opened the package the sheets did feel a bit scratchy and I began to wonder if I had made a mistake.

So into the wash they went ( I always wash new sheets anyway) and I added 1 cup of white vinegar and a small amount of laundry detergent. Set the washer for 2 rinse cycles just to make sure that my sheets didn't come out smelling like vinegar and then popped them into the dryer.

Right out of the dryer they were the soft, yet thick and crisp - Just like hotel bedding!

The vinegar is great for all new bedding as it helps to remove the extra starch and sizing chemicals that are often used on bedding products.

It also works great on towels.

After your first wash with the vinegar you can wash your bedding as you normally would. No need to use it again.

These sheets are generously large. The top sheet for the Queen size is wide and long (100-by-112-inch flat sheet) which is much wider and longer than most ofter sheets. The 6-inch hem stitching on the flat sheet is wider than most and is just one of the details that you would not expect to see on sheets that as so low priced. No skimpy sizes here.

The fitted sheet is ample enough for our deep pocket mattress without having to be tight or overly loose.

Week after week, wash after wash we love them more and more.

You would never know that one of our sets is over 1 1/2 years old - they are holding up so well!

Would I buy them again - I did... and have also purchased several for gifts.

You should know however, that these sheets do wrinkle.

If this was 30 years ago when I still ironed sheets then I might not love them so much, but now-a-days who cares if there are some wrinkles?

Not me.
