Open your arms, toss your head back, and welcome Spring
You might want to create a journal about Spring and reflect on its meaning. If you live in a part of the country that has four seasons, you're probably eager to see the calendar turn to March. You know Spring can't be far off. And with Spring comes a whole refreshed perspective.
Grab a journal that is comfortable for you. Some people like to use spiral bound notebooks and some like elaborate leather bound journals. Whatever type of paper you like is the ideal journal for you. Make sure you have a pen that writes well and won't run out of ink. Try ink in festive Spring colors like green and pink or purple.
Take time to just look around
Keep the journal flowing
You may want to start a tradition of keeping a seasonal journal. Start with Spring. Then do each season in a different journal. Start by writing down what Spring means to you.
It could mean a rebirth where you cast off the troubles of winter and enter a new "season" in your life.
It could mean cleaning out closets to rid yourself of too many objects. The lighter you make your load in life, the happier you will be.
It could mean birthing a new business doing something you love or deciding to redo your home with new colors. Maybe you wanted to try a new recipe to bake up a special batch of cookies.

Spring is Rebirth
A time to start fresh
Spring can mean different things to different people, but it usually means starting over and refreshing your life. Think of ways you can start over. They don't have to be huge changes. It can be as simple as moving your bedroom furniture around or cleaning out the attic. Many people also choose to have a wedding in the Spring with creative wedding favors to celebrate a new life together.
Give yourself a boost of confidence as you look for a new line of work -and snag the job! Write down your goals for this Spring and you will find that things start to manifest themselves.
There is power in writing things down. Something about making that commitment to putting it in writing makes all the difference.
Rise & shine, it's growing time!
Do Something You've Neglected
Start now, what's stopping you?
Spring is a time of warmer weather, sweatshirts and shorts, long walks, opening windows and airing out your life. If you've been stuck in a certain "season" of your life, try to figure out why and what you can do to get yourself out of a rut.
It could mean starting a new exercise program or committing to taking a painting class like you've always wanted to.
Spring is the perfect excuse for revamping a stalled out dream. Is there something you want to do but haven't? What's holding you back?
Step outside your comfort zone. Is there a new neighbor you've wanted to welcome, but it's too cold? Now's the time! Bring over a nice housewarming gift and make them feel welcome to the neighborhood!
