Computer Games

Gaming is good for your IQ

Computer games are today's number 1 source of entertainment. However, a lot of people think that playing video games is very bad for your brains, but actually the opposite is true.

Video games seem to help at anger management, and often train your brain. Think of a game like 'Battlefield 2', in such games you need to kill other players and get the best score. When doing this, you have to use the environment given to you (a desert, a city, a forest, etc) to not get seen, while you have the best view over your enemies. Doing all this together, will higher your IQ.

But there are also games like 'Guitar Hero 3', which seem to be a massive brain-booster. In this game you are playing 'guitar' on predefined songs. You have to push the 6 so called fret-buttons at the right time, and also 'strum' on the right rythm. This requires some good insight and helps you with multitasking.

All by all, it seems that gaming doesn't make you dumb, as people might think.

COD4 advantage enemy -- hard to kill enemy even at point blank range

COD5 advantage player -- enemy sometimes not even aware of you

taken in small doses, games are good to exercise your brain to solve problems.
