Cucumber White Curry

Cucumber White Curry

 

Ingredients

 

 

500 grams cucumber

30 grams red onions

2 green chilies

A sprig of curry leaves

A pinch of turmeric

1 ½ teaspoons salt

½ teaspoon fenugreek

½ cup thin coconut milk

¼ cup thick coconut milk

 

 

Method

 

1.Peel and cut cucumber into even pieces.

2.Chop the onions and green chilies, mix all the other ingredients and cook in thin coconut milk.

3.When thin milk is reduced add the thick coconut milk bring it to boil and take off fire.

Ingredients

½ teaspoon fenugreek

¼ cup thick coconut milk

1 ½ teaspoons ground mustard

 

Method

 

1.Peel and cut cucumber into even pieces

 

2.Chop the onions and green chilies, mix all the other ingredients and cook in thin coconut milk.

3.When thin milk is reduced add mustard mixed in thick

Coconut milk, bring it to boil and take off fire.
