Healthy Weight Loss Plan In 3 Simple Steps

When you follow a healthy weight loss plan, you know exactly what steps you need to take to lose weight and keep it off forever. It's all about finding balance and discovering how enjoyable the journey to getting healthy really is.

If you're struggling in your diet and weigh loss plan, then you're doing something wrong. You'll know when you've "got it" when you realize, "I want to do this forever."

Dieting sucks. Being healthy feels good.

Focus on bringing health into your life, one step at a time:

1. Eat Healthy Foods - A LOT of food to nourish your body. Don't worry about the calories or carbs or fat. Just focus on supplying your body with the nutrition that you need.

2. Get moving - Your body is made to move. And it wants to! That's why it gives off so many pleasurable endorphins when you are active. Your body will reward you when you take care of it. Figure out what's fun for you and your body so you will look forward to the time when you get to do it.

3. Relax- Relaxing and de-stressing your body and mind is an absolutely essential part of losing weight. Being stressed out all the time is unnatural and causes your body to fall apart inside and out. When you relax, then you "re-set" your brain. This will give you the strength to come back stronger, and flood you with an amazin sense of peace and love. The more you go to this loving place inside of yourself, the more you will fill yourself up from the inside. And this makes the whole process of losing weight easier and enjoyable.

Again, if you're not enjoying the journey, then you're not going to stick with it. Losing weight is not supposed to be torture. When you connect to the love and light that is inside of you, you will want to return to this place time and time again. And every time you do, you will come back healthier and happier. Your old choices that you used to be addicted to will no longer "make sense" to this new person you are becoming. And that's how you will know that you are on the true path of health for a lifetime.

      You are so inspiring, now if I could only figure out how to inspire myself to get off the couch and do something to better myself. What steps do we take to get motivated? It always seems so easy to see other people succeed, but its like what the heck do I do to take the first step, and when I do how do I continue to keep it going? Keep up the great work Andrea, I know that sooner or later I'll be on the right track with your continued inspiration and faith in us.
