Home Remedies

Updated on February 7, 2008

When we are feeling uneasy the most convenient way out seems to be popping in a pill or two. However, if we take a tour of all the research on the side effect of all the different kind of medicines then we may for a while think of stopping ourselves from swallowing pills. But, the big question is how then do we ease out from mild ailments and discomfort.

Home Remedy is the cure. The following list will definitely help

  • Morning sickness or nausea -try some ginger juice and honey thrice a day
  • Cold and cough- ginger juice and honey will do the magic
  • Cough- Try garlic cloves. First day take one and put it in your mouth and keep sucking from it, second day try two, third day try three cloves. That should be enough.
  • Dry cough- Try ‘harad' or yellow myrobolan. Take a piece of the seeds skin, burn it and keep it in your mouth. Two- three times a day. See the wonders in 2-3 days.

I think these tricks should definitely ease some of your problems.
