Sell Your Photos Online if You Love Photography

How to Make Money Online with Photos

Do you love photography? Have you always wanted to be a photographer? Well, with the popularity of the internet, now you can give it a try. There are many ways to make money online with your photos. And no, it doesn't involve porn or any other unsavory types of photos.

How much you can make with your photos depends on your photography skills, persistence, and how much time you are willing to invest. Of course, don't expect overnight riches. Don't even expect a part-time income for at least awhile unless you are Ansel Adams or have a free labor force to help.

I don't mean to discourage you in your photography endeavor. I just don't want anyone to be misled. If you can take better than average photos, it is possible to make money online with photos. But it also takes lots of work and time. However, stick with it and you can build a residual income. Over time, the income from your photos can build up enough to equal a part-time or even full time income.

There are several online sites where you can make money by uploading your photos. Most of these photos sites have submission guidelines. The guidelines vary by site. Some have very exacting standards and must be reviewed before being accepted. A few do not have submission standards. Most of the sites do not accept 'adult' photos.

Here's a look at some sites where you can sell your photos or make money online with your photos. The sites are free to join.

Make Money with Photos and Google Adsense

This site where you can sell your photos works with Google Adsense. It is a revenue sharing website. Websites sharing Google Adsense revenue with its users are becoming very popular. At Freerangestock, the photographer gets their Google Adsense code on 80% of the page impressions that display their own photos and on their profile page. The website uses its Adsense account for 20% of the page impressions. Why do people visit the website? It is advertised as a site where bloggers and webmasters can get free stock photos.

Di, you're welcome. Photos of Africa should sell well.

We have a family friend that has relatives in South Africa. They visited last summer and came back with very sad stories of the state of affairs on the continent.

      Hi Angela

Thank you so much what wonderful advice and will certainly give it a try.

Angela in my Hub on NGO's thank you for your comments. Yes the best way to go is to give goods except again I have seen it here these NGOs get someone to sell the goods on a fair and then where does the money go I wonder?

What I do is support families directly myself. I know that many people now go this route.

For example as well people send me money and I select families for them and make sure that emails, phptographs etc are then sent to them knowing exactly how and where and the benefits their hard earned money is used.

Now someone donates say usd 30.00 of their hard earned money directly to a family the whole amount goes to them and not 7.50 after administrative costs.

In Africa other than South Africa the average income supporting a family of 10 is usd 65.00 if they have been luck enough to get a job.

So can you imagine what USD 30 does against USD 7.50.

Angela I am sick and tired of all these supposed charities.

      Take care of yourself Di
