How to learn Management techniques from a house wife

What is management?Getting things done to yield optimal results with minimum resources.Management techniques can be applied in a big refinery industry,in a small trading company ,in an ayurveda clinic,in a horticulture or even in a home.

Indian women are naturally applying these powerful techniques in their homes and to get better results in their families though they are not graduated in any professional institutions.

The house wife is very good in Human resources management. She takes complete care of her husband and children. She encourages them and boosts the confidence in them.(Often the wife asks the husband to open the lid of a bottle and making him feel stronger-if the husband is not at home she probably would have opened it quicker.)She often offers gifts when the kids perform well in studies or in sports. She nurses then when they are sick and give complete emotional security to the family members.

She is an expert in production management too.She knows how much stock she must have for a month and plans purchases accordingly. She knows inventory control though she is not aware of ABC or VED analysis techniques.

She is a good financial manager of the home. She prepares the budget taking into account the income and the expensitures. She saves some money also for future.

So dear friends, let us learn the techniques from a house wife and use it in our business places.

I was running my own Company and Val believed I did not have the slightest idea of what's what.

She invited me into the house one week and she sat back and watched the stupid, childish mistakes I was making day in day out. I was ashamed of my abilities.

Great hub and you more than proved your point.
