Phil and Teds Vibe Double Stroller Rocks

Updated on December 1, 2008

Why Phil and Teds Double Stroller Rocks

Phil and Teds double stroller, specifically the vibes buggy is so much fun I just had to write about it.

When my kids were little (I have 6) there were double strollers but nothing like the Phil and Teds. My first double carriage was this long stroller contraption that was so long and far out ahead of me that when I pushed it in the street I had to be very careful not to stop all the way up to the road. Otherwise I would be at the curbside and the carriage with my kids would be in middle of the street.

It pushed well but was very klutzy and unwieldy.

My second double carriage was aside by side. Now try getting into any stores with a side by side carriage. Another horror. All the storekeepers would yell at me to leave my carriage outside which didn't leave me much leeway for shopping with my kids outside and me inside.

So my kids grew up and now my oldest has 2 little ones and me as the grandma gets to wheel them around in this fun Phil and Teds Vibe Buggy.

Now its really cool becaseu it takes up as much space as a regular carriage or stroller but it is double. The baby goes on the bottom, well protected from the elements.

Not only that, but the top part for the toddler comes off so if you want to take only one child out for a stroll it becomes a single stroller.

Very easy to remove

The carrige is also a dream to push.

You should see the looks I get in the street with it, most people haven't yet seen this ingenious idea of a carriage.

Now wer'e not up to that yet but I understand when the baby gets older there is a way to set up the seats so that everyone is more comfortable then also.

If you get the carriage enjoy and have great time.

      Hey Faigekobre,

This is a great little hub. It's nice to see an honest review of some of these strollers. My wife and I may be considering a stroller and we're sort of un-decided on the Phil and Ted or the BOB Duallie's. We have one kid at the moment... but plan on having more soon.

BTW - It's totally awesome that you had six kids... I love large families and can hardly wait until I have six kids myself.

      Hi,

There are several really great double strollers are the market today. All double models are going to be pretty bulky, but I found a few that might work best for you.

Try before buy. Take the baby pram around with baby in it or with some weight in it and check if it is comfortable and the baby too is enjoying the ride. For Best products visit
