South Beach Diet Phase 1 at Wendy's

Usually they revolve around salads and diet soft drinks, but there are options nonetheless. Here is what we uncovered for SBD Phase 1 for Wendy's:
Chicken Caesar--Romaine lettuce with grilled chicken breast fillet, grape tomatoes, Parmesan cheese and garlic croutons. Avoid the croutons and go easy on the Caesar dressing it comes with.
Chicken BLT--Romaine and iceberg lettuces, spring salad mix, tomatoes, cucumber, cheddar cheese, bacon crumbles, marinated chicken breast fillet, and garlic croutons. Again, avoid the croutons and instead of the honey mustard dressing it comes with, have a low-carb dressing such as ranch or Caesar.
