Everybody visualizes, you just might not realize it. Have you ever daydreamed ? Daydreaming is as natural as taking a breath. You visualize everytime you daydream. Everyone has existing powers of visualization. By taking just five or ten minutes out of your ever so hectic schedule, and working on improving those powers, you may see a great change in your attitude and your life. Visualization is not meditation, hypnosis, dreaming, or affiliated with any particular religion. It is conscious, creative mental imagery. You are always in total control, and you create your own visualization with your imagination. Visualization is great for self-improvement, healing, reducing stress, relieving pain, depression, and anger, weight control, and smoking. Put your daydreams to work for you ! Need to lose a few lbs. to get into that old, favorite pair of jeans? Take five minutes and focus on a slimmer you wearing those jeans. See yourself happy and self-confident. See how others look at you, hear their compliments. See it, Feel it, Believe it ! Say to yourself, "It's o.k. to love myself. I love me. I am beautiful in every way." Of course, this is just an example, and I want you to love the inner you, whatever weight or situation you may have. I believe this is very important. Practice this throuhout the day or night....or even just once a week, but, the more often you visualize, the more you will believe in yourself and the speedier the change.
