Of source what resellers most want is to make money. To make money for your resellers you need to provide them leads. The challenge is will your resellers actually work the leads you provide? How proactive and persistent will they be? It's typically best to provide leads to just your top partners. Or to partners your trying to culitivate.

One of the most effective ways to generate leads for your resellers is your own web site. One example is a simple survey tool that asks web visitors a series of questions, provides a recommendation and then asks the web visitor if they want more information or a quote. You collect those leads and pass them out to your reseller(s) of choice.

A good reseller will keep you in the loop on the status of the leads. If they don't you should follow up with the reseller and/or prospect to see if things are progressing.

The more leads the specific reseller closes the more leads you should give them. You will quickly find out which resellers are working the leads and which of them are not doing a good job.
