Turkey! There are many vacation destinations there for everybody. From important historical and cultural places where you can educate yourself to luxurious resorts where you don't strain your brain but just your belly with all the delicious food they offer.
Major resort towns in Turkey are civilized and offer all the amenities imaginable. The all inclusive club type hotels are convenient since they offer 3 meals a day in the form of almost ridiculously large and lavish buffet type dining, all day snacks and drinks, entertainment shows, various activities, dancing clubs, beach bars, water sports, famous traditional Turkish spa. If it weren't for the attractive bazaars in town you would almost not be motivated to leave the grounds of the resort. The bazaars are composed of individual mostly overly crowded shops where you get royal treatment for just walking in. They serve traditional Turkish hot tea or coffee "on the house" and they take customer service to extremes (good ones that is).
The people are very friendly and most of them speak English which could come in very handy if you're seeking information or need to negotiate prices in some store.
I strongly recommend Turkey as a vacation destination. I have been going there almost every year since I was 10.
Have a great trip, enjoy !
