Fire breathing is a powerful breathing technique for boosting your energy and this can be performed 1 time in every minute. If you will overuse this breathing technique, it can cause fainting. Here is the technique:
Blow out rapidly and pull-in huge amounts of air around 5 to 7 times. Your lungs will work like large pipe organs are moving a big volume of air. The person doing this can imagine himself as blowing out a lighted candle that is around 2 ft. from yourself on exhalation.
On inhalation, you have to pull back in all air you have just exhaled. The exhalation and inhalation of air requires mouth breathing and these are very rapid and fast panting, take only a few seconds in order to complete 5 to 7 breaths. When you have done this rapid exhalation and inhalation, then take in full inhalation and exhale for 4 or 6 counts.
