For overall health, make sure they are given a balanced diet and healthy snacks. Then really reinforce the hand-washing.
To me the best fitness tip is to have them get outside and play. Limit computer and TV time, and allow them to pitch a tent in the backyard. Take family hikes or bike trips, those sorts of things.

5.Allow them to play after school.
6.In daily food -add Healthy vegetables.
7.In weekly 2-3 times give them Non-Veg items,Fish.
8.Cycling,Skipping,Tennis is the best exercises for kids.
