1. Plan well ahead. Judge the road and traffic conditions and react early to any changes.
2. Stick to speed limits. The faster you travel, you harder you hit, the more likely you could kill someone.
3. Concentrate at all times - no mobile telephones, alcohol or drugs, even idiot friends distracting you.
4.Belt up! It sounds daft but wearing a seatbelt could easily save your life in the event of a crash.
5. Wake up! Don't drive tired. A large aount of crashes occur between midnight and 6am when our bodies are naturally tired.
