Well... I think.
1. Drink more water, if you drink sodas.. then try to lay of those.
2. Assuming you have the time, try to do at least 30 minutes of cardio a day. This will help a lot.
3. Don't stay up late! Try to get a good amount of sleep. Meaning no going to bed at 1 or 2 am! Unless, of course, your job is scheduled around that.
4. Eat breakfast. This will stop you from over-eating when lunch time rolls around.
5. Eat more fruits and veggies.
