Kickboxing is the best stress relieving, weight losing, body toning exercise out there in my opinion. I started out with every different diet imaginable. After every one of them failed I knew I had to try something different.
I had many anger issues to sort through as well. And being a bit overweight, I chose to get into kickboxing. First I started with the kickfit classes, which the cardio gave me the kick to drop the fat. I lost a total of 40 lbs in a matter of 2 and half months.
My trainer then thought, I had the strength and ambition to learn the sport. At that point I did all the toning. At this point, he basically broke me down with every fiber in my being, and built me back up both physically and mentally.
It helped me in not only losing the weight, but I learned self control and the ability to choose my own battles within my own mind, while taking my frustrations out on the bag. It also gave me self defence techniques which is a nessesity in today's world.
I learned how to put myself and or anyone onto a basic program that will stimulate their senses as well as being. If anyone would like more information, please let me know.
