i often wonder why people think eggs are a source of dairy? they are not. there are lots of great gluten free foods now, they simply cost more is all. you will pay to do to the doctor when sick and take medicines that don't help so either way, the cost is likley the same or at least relative. we have chosen the higher quality route for sure. i almost gave up eating breads as gluten free was not close. we found a local supplier that was great, then UDi came out with a bagel that is easily worthy.
as far as recipes, being creative is all it takes. my wife makes lasagna using garbanzo beans and sheeps or goats cheese, which is not cows or dairy either. Dr. Mike
