I think that everyone has experienced this at one point or another in life....
What helped me was Positive Affirmations!To learn to appreciate the strengths that I do have instead of focusing on what I don't have. Easier said that done, right?
If you are still feeling inferior then you are probably out of touch with your own beauty and your own talents.
Buy a journal to keep with you and make a daily routine out of writing down the good things that you experience in every day life.
A random compliment from a sales clerk
Your child tells you that he loves you
Your pet makes you laugh
You enjoy the sunset
Your boss tells you what a good job you did
You covered for someone else & they really appreciated it
You have absolutely beautiful skin
You get the picture!
At some point, usually after about a month of focusing on the positive traits that you possess - yes even you, will start to believe them and believe in your own beauty!
You can then start focusing on the strengths that you have and the assets of others will not be so important to you.
