I think the best workout tip we can learn from celebrities is to make working out a priority! Working out is a part of a celebrity's job--they are paid to look hot. But looking hot comes at a price, they MUST make the time and expend the effort it takes to stay fit. And there is no real "trick" they've got that separates them from everyone else. Celebrities are just people, but they're people who learn how to make exercise work for them. Some of them practice yoga, some do pilates, some hike, some run, some lift weights, some hire a trainer. The point is, they figure out what it takes to get and to stay motivated, & they make that a priority in their lives. We could all learn a thing or two about taking our health seriously and to make fitness a priority.
