HOW TO MAKE YOUR MORNING WALK MORE INTERESTING !

Do you enjoy your Morning Walk or you go through this drill because you have one of those 'life-style' diseases ... diabetes, arthraitis,hyper-tension?
My wife ,Ruby and I walk every morning for about 45 minutes.We walk through a strech of busy road, quiet neighbourhoods,along three water-bodies, a street-side market and some ugly streches too !
We watch people jogging and panting, doing breathing excercises on the developing bank of a hitherto neglected lake and pass by many anxious faces.Morning sun and cool breeze cannot take away the tell-tale signs of tension writ deep in their minds and on their faces. .
If you are finding morning walk a daily joyless routine , may I suggest that take your camera with you... you will record scenes and gradually build an interesting album......if you can develop a timeline , it will be still more intersting !
