Are men good kissers?

Updated on November 29, 2007

David E. Kelley, Still boyish at almost 51, you're eased into the notion that he's always slightly ahead of you mentally, his brain gears whirling as he softly answers questions.

The producer of such iconic TV shows as "L.A. Law," "Ally McBeal," "Picket Fences," "The Practice" and "Boston Legal" has a new offering on Fox that many believe is his best series in years: "The Wedding Bells."

Boston Legal is aired on Wednesdays at 10pm on Star World. More often than not, "Boston Legal" is just about the strangest show on TV. And I love it to bits! Especially the eccentric (James Spader) Alan Shore! I would, anyday, want him in my corner fighting my legal battles and making my toes curl J - he’s a bit rounded at the edges now but his quirkiness and filling out still does make him look sexy! Atleast to me!

Nominally a legal drama, it's populated by characters for whom the term "quirky" is a massive understatement. They're just downright weird. And not just Denny Crane (William Shatner of the original Star Trek fame), who's sort of senile and has an excuse for his weirdness.

And yet ... "Boston Legal" still manages to take on tough topics, see things from more than just one side of the issue, and make viewers think, even as they're being entertained by all the weirdness.

Brad Chase (Mark Valley) tells Denise Bauer (Julie Bowen) that his girlfriends dump him coz he’s a lousy kisser!

And this got me thinking! ;-) again….. what if there are still some guys out there who are sincerely passionate but fall flat because they can’t pucker up and deliver! Boston Legal apart; are Men in India really being dumped because they’re bad kissers???

Hope guys out there understand that “kissing” goes beyond just puckering up and groping your girlfriend in the dark!

The eyes may have "it," but the lips really do say it all. The lips can reveal (or betray) your most intimate thoughts and feelings without so much as saying a word. Betty Everett told us as much when she sang, "If you want to know if he loves you so ... it's in his kiss." In fact, if the eyes are, indeed, the windows to the soul, then it can be said that the lips are the messengers of the heart.
