Auction's the untapped income resource

Updated on July 4, 2011

how to make money with auctions

There are two ways to make money through auctions:first and the most popular is selling at the auction. I would suggest to start with what you have, look in your closets or garage and get stuff you don't want. The second way to make money with auctions is to buy, yes I said buy. You can do this two different ways; one by being a buyer for your friends and family. Such as if a neighbor says they need a frying pan you can ask them how much would they pay for one, ask them if you find one at the auction would they give you 10% above what you pay as long as its in their price range. Then all you have to do is be at an auction, make sure that the person you are buying for does not wait around to tell you if they have already purchased one so you will not get stuff with something that you dan't have a buyer for.The second way you can buy from an auction and make money is if you like flea markets or setting up Yard Sales you can buy from auctions and have stuff to sell.

Finding an auction

The best way to look for public auctions is to look in your local news paper and find any kind of auction. Take a trip to what ever kind of auction you can and ask the buyer and seller if they know where public auctions are. You can also go to this website: ,and you can find auctions near you by simply putting in your zip code. The auction in the picture is where I normally go to every Monday night called J&J auction, located in Daleville, Al. If you have any questions about this article please ask and I will do my best to answer as soon as I can .
