Making passive income can be very easy regardless of your situation. Whether you’re a college student, stay at home dad or mom, grandma just retired, or maybe even just looking to earn holiday shopping money. There are many ways to earn these funds and I have sorted out a few here in this article.

1. Lawnwork

This option is one of the most lucrative depending on your surroundings. Unless you’re in a neighborhood where there are mainly only apartment homes this can be the right path for you. There may be a small expense of renting a lawnmower or weed-eater with gas, but these can also be found for free on trading and sales apps and websites. Find a neighbor hood with houses with high grass and weeds and voila, the business has begun. I have personally taken part in this business and found it to be very, very efficient in making extra income.

2. Trinket and Hobby Sales

The number 2 option can be done out of the comfort of your own home with tools that you may possibly have already. You can build trinkets and models and sell them online or in a market, depending on your cup-O’tea. There are many ways to accomplish making extra income and if building gadgets and trinkets is your hobby, then you are definitely worthy of making money off of them and you’re having a great time doing it! This also brings me to my next topic, computers! If you are computer savvy you may be able to construct a sales site or two and create a global sales income off of what was just a few days ago a hobby! There are quite a bit of domain sites that allow you to construct and publish a website for, you guessed it, FREE. A big goose egg is all you need to be eligible for this opportunity and thanks to the postal service your buyers will have their trinkets in no time!

3. Website Constructing or Blogging

If you’re a computer savvy person and would rather stay home, this income option could be for you! Building a website now-a-days is fairly easy thanks to the growing technology industry, the free online pdf’s and ebook’s, and the website builder templates and sites. You could blog with anything off of the top of your head and it will produce reads. A good author only needs two things, something to write with and an open mind! This is a guaranteed base of income if you keep your mind on track and your eyes open for opportunities!

4. Dog Walking or Animal Sitting

If you are particularly fond of animals or specific animals then this income opportunity is built for you! You could start an animal sitting business with close neighbors or even branch out to start a citywide business this is perfect for you. Usually pet sitting you could gain anything from $8 to $25 an hour depending on your ability to work with animals. I find that this particular line of work is mainly made of patience and understanding. You also may have a really good listening buddy for 8 hours!

5. House Sitting

In certain neighborhoods there are a lot of people who are weary of their surroundings regardless of the area they’re in. For these residents there’s you! You can house sit for these residents while on vacation or business trips and get paid to live! Not all house-sitting jobs pay for people to live but a good amount do. They pay you a certain amount for the entire time, give you an allowance for food and utilities such as toiletries and allow you room and board until they return. For some, this is the way to go as long as you’re trustworthy and can clean up after yourself this line of income is perfect for you!

There are many, many different opportunities for earning extra income around the world and they differ depending on your location, education and ability all you have to do is put your mind to it and your holiday shopping list will expand! Please make sure to check out the adds below for more findings on income opportunities!

The house sitting thing sounds nice! I knew some buddies back in the day who did that. Great ideas!
