How to Become Rich Through Creative Ideas

Updated on October 1, 2015

The Kinesis Of Idess

One of the kinetic theories of ideas is that " all achievements, all inventions, all earned riches, have their beginning in an idea". There is no great thing that did not begin with a step of idea. Ideas are the cells that make up the tissue of every accomplishment: the atoms that form the element of all worthwhile inventions. You can't make any achievement whatsoever without having to do with an idea. If you must begin a journey into the world of the "successful", you must take a stride of ideas into the world, however tiny. The size of an idea does not really matter; provided it is an idea, then it is worth pursuing.

To begin a business, you don't start with capital, you start with ideas. Most successful people will agree that the world itself has thus advanced due to the thoughtful application of ideas. Ideas rule the world. Ideas govern the principle of success, they are the force that drives the great mind into doing great things. Therefore, if you want to move up in life, go for ideas. They can move you from where you presently are to the place you desire to be.

You may be tempted to conclude that ideas are meant forma particular sexct in the world. You might timidly have reasoned that you don't have an idea, so can't go any farther than you've gone; but you are wrong. You see, it has been realized that approximately six thousand (6000) "molecules" of ideas flow through the human brain every day and that includes yours, too. Everyone has an idea, although not everyone uses it. Many people know many definitions of ideas buy not all know how to apply it to work. That is why the knowledge of ideas has remained no less as useless as a stethosccope is to a Lawyer. The common gab between the very rich and the poor is that both the poor and the rich have ideas but the poor keep his ideas while the rich apply theirs to work. That is what makes the rich: that is what makes the great.

The Purpose Of Ideas

Knowing the meaning of an idea alone cannot make it work for you. If you can't apply it, it will remain buried in you and you will finally be buried with it. Most often, we have been psyched into momentary psychological spells by our motivational speakers who always tell us that "we can do it" but never "how we can do it". This has left many of us worse than we were as we often resign to fate, not knowing how to go about doing it. But here is a package entirely different. It is coming to jolt you into motion, to stir you into doing it; to get you on board, the route to greatness. It is the working of ideas.

The first step you are to take if you ever desire to board the flight enroute success is to identify a problem. You just have to look out for a problem if you mean to be great. If you cannot find any around you borrow; if you cannot borrow any, create one, for therein lies your greatness. Most Nigerians and Africans alike have been accustomed to fret before any problem that comes their way. They quickly give up a process whenever problems are encountered. But the fact is that problems are what make the great the successful they are. Problems do not mar you, they make you!

If you have looked through every invention that be, all the technology that we use, you sure will find out that it is as a result of one problem or the other that has existed. For instance, Thomas Edison could come up with electric filament because he saw the problem that confronted the world with darkness. Abraham Graham Bell could invent a telephone because he saw the world had a problem of communication with one another afar off. Bill Gates saw a problem that macro computer posed and gave the world a Microsoft. The Wright brothers (Olville and Wilbur Wright) observed the difficulty using ships travelling the world and delivered airplanne to the world in 1906. It was problem that led to everything they ever did; they all saw a problem.

You see, the world itself is a bunch of problems to solve. All you need do is look out for a problem, if you can find one, then you have begun the journey to greatness by a step. And needful to say, everyone has been created to solve a particular problem. If you do not solve yours, you have complicated issues for the world because, each problem solved gives someone else the space to solve his.

The Expo

With what lens are your perceptions on problems formed? Do you see a problem as one tall wall standing your way to success? Then your lens must be faulty or has cracked. Problem is rather an escalator. It lifts you into the sphere of creativity where the great and mighty operate. If you cannot get a problem, then you cannot solve any. And what makes you great and fulfilled, is not how much money you make from the world it his many problems you can solve for the world. Indeed you are better remembered with the problems you solve. Next time you chance upon a problem, please, grab it! Never let it escape, there is an opportunity that lies within.

As you go about your daily routine, observe any problem around. At the office, walk humbly to your boss, ask him the problems facing your firm. As a student, find out from your V.C or Dean of faculty the problems your school has. Ask him/her to give you as much as he/she can. If he/she doesn't have enough,go out to your environs and carefully observe the situation on ground. Ask your parents, your roommates, traders, anyone you see. Get as much problems as you can put them down on a piece of paper, faced them sqaurely and you will explode in greatness.

This article reminds me very much of the books I have read about New Thought philosophy (a lot of which is now being proven by quantum physics). As you said, everything starts off as an idea - everything you see in the world started off as an idea which manifested into reality. As these New Thought books explain, instead of doing things on the competetive plan you should always do things on the creative plain in order to be successful (and get rich). I do agree with much of what has been written both in those books and here in this hub. However, it was ten years ago that I started reading books like The Science Of Getting Rich by Wallace Wattles and Think And Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill and guess what? I'm still not rich! I have, however, used the same information for success in other areas.
