How to Get Free Amazon Gift Card Codes

Updated on July 13, 2013

If you are a regular shopper, you could probably use some free Amazon gift cards to save yourself some extra money. Luckily, you have come across this page which will reveal 5 different genuine websites that you can use to EARN free amazon gift cards.

How do I know that these sites are legit? Because I've used each one of them and have received FREE Amazon gift card codes. I'll be showing some proof in a minute. Right now, I’ll tell you how to get free Amazon gift cards using each of the sites.

#1 - InstaGC

InstaGC is a website I recently discovered that allows you to earn free Amazon gift cards by completing various easy tasks such as filling out free offers and surveys.

You start by signing up to the website, which is free, and then you complete free offers. Each time you complete an offer, you will earn a certain amount of points.

Below, you will discover some of the ways to earn points on this site.

  • Registering to free websites
  • Watching video ads
  • Filling out short surveys
  • Completing simple tasks (like micro gigs)
  • Getting referrals
  • And more…

My experience with this site has been very good so far and this is one reason why it's #1 on list for getting free Amazon gift cards.

Offers are very simple to complete and credit pretty quickly too. But here are the the two primary reasons why I recommend this website over the other ones listed.

#1 Instant Amazon Gift Card Codes - Once you request your gift card, you get it - instantly. You don't have to wait around for your gift cards.

#2 Very Low Minimum Threshold - You only need to earn a buck in order to request an Amazon gift card. You don't have to spend a bunch of time trying to rack up enough points to get a gift card.

Still, you have the option to earn points for higher valued gift cards. InstaGC has Amazon gift cards in the following values: $1,$2,$5,$10,$15,$20,$25,$50.

Opinion Outpost

By becoming a member of Opinion Oustpost, you can be rewarded Amazon gift cards for taking easy surveys. Sign up and take surveys. You'll earn points when you take their surveys.

You need to earn at least 50 points ($5) in order to request an Amazon gift card which is sent instantly in most cases. And that's really it. You would take surveys for points and then use those points towards Amazon gift cards.

When I do participate on this site, I'm usually capable of earning myself a $5 gift card after taking only a few surveys. Based on what I know about the site and my own experience, you could likely earn $5-$25 in free Amazon gift cards each week if you regularly took surveys but it all depends on you.

Just so know, the surveys on this site do not require you to provide any sensitive information in order to complete the surveys. They are not like most survey offers seen on GPT sites. All you do is provide your opinion by answering questions. Very, very easy to do.

Another amazing site to use to get free Amazon gift card codes is Squishycash. It works like most other GPT sites. You are compensated for participating on the site. Participation may consist of completing offers, joining websites, playing fun games, referring your friends and family to the site, and more.

Squishy was added to this list because they allow you to request an Amazon gift card, given that you earn at least $20, and get it within 24 hours. So, you could potentially get your gift cards quickly but you do have to earn the $20 need to request the daily payment.

Fortunately, there are plenty of ways to earn on Squishycash and lots of fun contests that you could possibly win to help you meet that $20 minimum threshold faster.

MySurvey is very similar to Opinion Outpost since they use the same concept - take surveys and get rewarded. They offer Amazon gift cards as one of their reward options. All you need to do is take surveys until you have accumulated 1100 points ($10) and then you can redeem your points for an Amazon gift card. It usually takes 1-2 weeks to get the gift card.

Last but not least is Swagbucks which is like the GPT sites mentioned earlier in this list. You should know how these GPT sites work by now so I am not going to explain how to earn with Swagbucks.

But, I must say that Swagbucks does have a unique way to earn "Swagbucks" which is not often used on other GPT sites - get paid to search. Yes, you can earn points towards an Amazon gift card just by searching the net. It's only one of many ways to earn on Swagbucks.

Anyway, you will have to earn at least 450 points to request a $5 Amazon gift card. It usually takes around 10 business days to receive your code. When I logged in recently, I saw that you could expedite your order and get the card in 2 days instead of the usual 10 which is great if you need them quickly. Not sure how long this option will be around.
