Feedback is so important on Ebay it can be the difference between making a sale or not.

This hub is designed to educate you on how to keep a good feedback score on Ebay, while it is not always possible to keep a 100% feedback rating on Ebay, I have managed to do that for a decade so it isn't impossible.

Always leave a positive Feedback whenever possible.

Lets say you have bought a CD and it got broke in the mail, don't leave a bad feedback until you have talked to the seller, many times I have had this happen and simply sent a email and they would sent me a replacement even when they we're not obligated to do so, most sellers on Ebay rely on repeat business so they will not risk losing a customer over something like this happening.

Put yourself in the sellers shoes before you leave feedback, in the case above if the CD was packaged properly they might not have done anything wrong but your CD got broke by the post office so sometimes you have to put yourself in the sellers shoes.

Most people are honest

These days it is so easy to think the worst of people but in reality most sellers on Ebay are honest people just like you and me,keep that in mind before you leave a negative feedback.

If you leave someone a negative feedback expect one back.

The old saying treat others as you would like to be treated applies here, if you leave someone a bad feedback around 100% of the time you will get one back.

Wait until they leave your feedback to leave yours.

This really applies if you are the seller, if you will wait until they leave your feedback before you leave theirs you can be assured that you will get more good feedbacks.

It is the simple things that count

Even if it cost you money if you make a honest mistake contact the buyer and let them know and make it right with them and you can rest assured that most people will not leave you a bad feedback, now if you ignore them or try to not answer a buyers emails then you can be sure that you will get a bad feedback and you will have earned it.

Treat people like you would like to be treated, leave good feedback or none and you will do well on Ebay.

If someone leaves you a bad feedback you can email them and ask them to remove it.

Many Ebay users who have been using Ebay for years do not know this but you can ask for bad feedback to be removed.

You really have to work hard to get bad feedback on Ebay.

You will occasionally run across someone who is extremely difficult to deal with but they are few and far between and Ebay will do everything they can to help you keep your feedback good because they want you on the site buying and selling.

If you have been done wrong by a seller

Don't leave them a bad feedback open up a case against them with Ebay.

What will happen is Ebay will here both sides of the story and make a decision in the case and I can assure you it will be the right decision.

I hope this helps you to keep your feedback good on Ebay and I look forward to reading you comments.

God Bless´╗┐
