      I can't say about all websites. But you can place a link to hub pages on most writing/blogging sites including YouSayToo.

      I joined yousaytoo and started a blog. But how do i link it to my hubs? I tried anchor text in the content box, but it came out as the full url. UH, i'm stuck, LOL
