Survey.com Mobile by nSphere Inc is as the name suggests a survey app that updates fairly often with new surveys and offers a decent payout for each, the most I've seen for a payout was $2. It doesn't take that much time to do the surveys and they even give you notifications when new surveys are available. It's about time an app payed you for using it.
Npolls by Appgeneration Software is more of a poll taking app than a survey app but it essentially does the same thing. You go through lists of questions, provide true answers, and get paid. There seems to always be a good amount of polls to take, not all pay so watch out.
Surveys On The Go (LLC) is a survey taking app that while it doesn't seem to update that often, has pretty good payouts for surveys completed. The thing you need to remember is that these apps aren't costing you anything but time, and not even that much time at that. If you don't see that a few moments of your time here and there is worth a few bucks then don't bother downloading them. You need to be willing to follow through, especially since most of these have either a $10-$20 cash-out limit.
The last one and my favorite; Thumbspeak. They used to have gift card payouts but now they have cut back to only Paypal payouts. The nice thing is that you can cash-out with paypal at only $10. The surveys tend to be very short and easy, There is usually at least one new survey every day and heck, it just looks better than the rest.
