Personal Saving Tips

Personal Saving Tips

Personal saving tips. Increase your earning power. You can increase your earning power by cutting back on your expenses. You can cut back on things you really don't need. You can cut back on going out to eat to eat as much. Cooking at home is sometimes more enjoyable then going out to eat. Not to mention how much money you can save. Eating with your family would mean more to them, then you would ever know. If you don't have family close enough to eat with. Then make yourself a big pot of soup or chili to eat on during the week. This can save quite a bit of money over a period of time. There are limits on how much one can cut back. I understand this quite to well. Focus on your essentials that you really need everyday. Focusing on your essentials, increases your saving power. You are thinking what is the point of setting goals for myself? If the reward only comes in the future? The answer is by cutting back and cutting out unneeded expenses , you could actually come up with more money. Money you may really need, for and emergency or a special occasion.

Saving more is more fun, then spending everything you have on things you don't really need. The more one saves, the better they feel about themselves. More saved is more spent on less. More you could invest or save for your future. No body knows what their future holds. We may have and expense that uses up all of our savings. Especially in these uncertain times. When the economy in such a disarray, we don't know our certainties anymore. We used to be able to depend on our job securities, not anymore. When we save save more ,we are able to accomplish so much more.

>Drive a car you really like

>Dress better

>Take better vacations

>Send and pay for your child to go to college

>Save for your retirement

These things don't come over night, but they do come in time. Saving is more important in this economy, then years before. When we save and earn more, good things seem to come our way.

Yeah, I am spending too much money on fast food. Not to mention saving my money, but also for the sake of my health!

Sometimes I feel I am a compulsive spender....I am not going to apologize for spending money on my goals to become a successful songwriter and composer. Including educational materials, CDs, DVDs, printer materials, etc.

    But I could cut back...

Thanks DREAM ON for your comment. Yes it is hard to save money these days. Especially in these trying times. We think we have to have all the latest gadgets and everything that everyone else has. In truth we don't, we can be happier with less. Less debt less stress. I wish you much success in your savings. Merry Christmas.

I think you are right on the money. To have money we have to watch it grow and it is to easily spent so many ways before it has a chance to mature.I think our society tricks us into believing we need to do and have so much. When we can have so much more doing things that cost so much less.I have been following your tips and it is not easy but it has really opened my eyes.I have tried it before with little success. Here I go again and this time it will be different.

This can not be said enough.

Home cooking is the best, rarely does

    a restaraunt really satisfy me.

There is reason to save for the

emergencies in life, even if you

don't plan on a vacation or new car.

May I suggest, that one not accustom

to saving, start with their coins? You

will be amazed at how quicly it adds up!
