Shop Online Save Money.

Updated on January 5, 2011

There is one thing that everyone I am close to knows about me. I am a complete and total online shopping junkie. My mother had me do all of her Christmas shopping this year because of the fact. If I could, I'd order my groceries online (this is possible, but not as rewarding). I buy a number of things online, and I wouldn't do it any other way. I have a very close relationship with: the ups man, the usps man, and the fedex man. I swear these guys know me by name, as well as my life story. I can't help it, I enjoy buying things discounted-- I mean, don't we all? These are my favorite things to buy online.

Shop Online Save Money. Ways To Save Money Shopping Online.

1. Clothing, Shoes, Of all kinds

When I go to a store I typically can't make up my mind. I am trying to calculate things inside of my head, and it just doesn't work right. I will love knowing that online I can open up my shopping cart, and see exactly how much I've spent. As a young fashionable woman (ha) My favorite stores to shop for clothes online are: wetseal.com, forever21.com, and amiclubwear.com. Another great thing about online shopping is coupon codes! I check my favorite websites regularly for discounts and sales. It makes it a lot easier to keep track of then going into an actual store.

2. Electronics Galore

Although I stated that I will never buy a computer online again, I still will buy electronics. Just about anything I can get my hands on, I will order. I bought my 1tb hard drive online for around $65. That is an AMAZING discount compared to what you'd spend in stores. In order to do this you've got to do a research. Which is why i love google's shopping feature so much! It really helps you find the cheapest product possible. Cameras, Hard drives, and anything else you can imagine. You'll save quite a bit if you get it online, rather than going to best buy. I buy a lot of my electronics refurbished. I don't really care about things being new or used, as long as they're in good condition.

3. Household Furnishings/Kitchen

If I go into my living room an look at everything I've bought, the majority of it was on the Internet. My chandelier in my dining room was around $30! It was bronze, but I ended up giving it a quick black paint job and now it looks quite nice. I own just about every single kitchen gadget imaginable. I can honestly say that 75% of the stuff in my kitchen was bought on overstock.com. Overstock is a great place to buy household stuff online. I also do a lot of my household shopping on Amazon as well.

4. Puppy Meds

Living in the South fleas are insane around here in the spring time. I had to put both of my dogs on frontline, and I was dreading the price. I ended up finding their medication very discounted online. When I went to petco to look at the prices of a box of frontline it was around $70. Now, I get a box for around $40. Thank you Internet gods!

5. Human medication

I order all of my prescriptions online. I can't even begin to tell you just how much money I save doing this. This is something that should definitely be looked into. However, keep in min of the location of where the company is based. Do some research ahead of time before ordering from a random cheap vendor. You want to be very careful with what you're putting in your body.

6. Makeup Galore

I buy all of my make up online. I have a problem with cosmetics-- I love them. My two favorite websites to order from are eyeslipsface.com, & cherryculture.com. Both are discounted, and have a great variety. If I am looking for a higher end cosmetic brand, I typically purchase off of Amazon. Its a great way to save yourself some money.

7. Pantry Items & Everything Else

I recently found this website http://www.alice.com/, its great! When I saw the option to buy 24 rolls of toilet paper for 7.00 dollars I was sold. Plus, they offer free shipping on all of the products. Wonderful. They also have a wide arrange of cleaning supplies, pantry items, candy, an canned goods. Anything to save me money, I am all about it!

If you're in search of Ways To Save Money Shopping Online, these are some great places to start! I buy so many things at discount. A lot of people ask me how we don't go broke. Well, I've got a few tricks up my sleeve. Hopefully my tricks become yours as well. Shop Online, Save Money!

Oh, I loooove shopping online! As someone who doesn't have a car, it's usually cheaper for me to buy things online with free shipping and not have to pay for transport. Thanks for writing the guide!
