It just goes to show you that enterprising people can make a few bucks if they are willing to go out and find the customers. Good ideas, and many would work for teens who want to make some extra money. Voted up and useful!

I've done quite a bit of paid knitting - still do occasionally. As with any sort of private work you need to be quite clear about the final price to the customer upfront. With knitting I found it useful to keep a selection of articles that I'd made to show the quality of hand-made over shop-bought.

Very simple, and very in-need jobs that have to be done by someone - advertising just lets the homeowner wonder whether he should spend his time cleaning out the gutters, or golfing. Well done. Up/useful/follow. Peace. Kawi.
