There is a lot to be said about a functional to do list.
Power is defined as:
ability to do or act; capability of doing or accomplishing something.
List is defined as:
a series of names or other items written or printed together in a meaningful grouping or sequence so as to constitute a record: a list of members.
I have met people that have said I don’t have to write anything down it is all remembered mentality. Yes, I have tried this approach not writing down a to do list and I seem to get over whelmed with doing task process slows down. Also, the goals that I am wanting and desire move further away. When you can cross off your task on your to do list and see that they are completed you have accounted physically counting down your task. When you don’t write down your task with a to do list your priority of your goals or task can get foggy.
The Power of a to Do List will allow you to obtain your needs, wants and desire. I have operated in this Power to function with a to Do List since elementary school. The amazing fact about the Power of a to do list, you get the chance to cross of the list as you priority things are accomplished. This gives you the opportunity to recharge and refuel as your task and goals are reached.

Now that you have written down 7 to 14 things or task in a 24 hour day you will generally complete up to 7-12 in order to get your proper sleep and or rest.
