Where do I deduct impairment related work expenses?

I have multiple sclerosis, & have read in several places that I can deduct my impairment related work expenses (IRWE) at 100%. For example, I purchased a more expensive office chair for my home office specifically because it reduces pressure on my legs & helps to relieve (mitigate) some of my MS leg pain & sciatica. However, when I enter this expense (in TurboTax) on Medical Expenses Worksheet under Other medical & dental expenses, it only seems to reduce the amount owed by $50 (on $400 chair). Am I entering this in the wrong place on the worksheet? Is it not really deductible at 100%?
